Every board is selected for its structural rigidity and surface smoothness. Whether you choose lightweight Foamcore or ultra-durable Gatorboard, our materials are engineered to resist bowing and environmental changes. After mounting, each piece is precisely machine-cut or hand-finished to ensure clean, sharp edges. - Optimized Print Compatibility
Our mounting service is seamlessly integrated with our 12-color archival pigment printing. This ensures that the high-contrast detail and color depth of your work are preserved perfectly throughout the mounting process, delivering a professional-grade finish for every project.
Rigid Substrate Options: Choosing Your Support
- Acid-Free Foamcore (3/16"): The industry standard for temporary exhibitions, mood boards, and indoor signage. It is exceptionally lightweight and features a smooth clay-coated surface for a clean, professional look.
- Gatorboard® (3/16" & 1/2"): For those requiring superior durability. Gatorboard features a heavy-duty wood-fiber veneer that is much stronger than standard foamcore, making it highly resistant to bending, denting, and warping.
- Styrene (0.04" / 0.08"): A thin, high-impact plastic substrate that is waterproof and extremely durable. Perfect for sleek, modern displays where a slim profile is desired without sacrificing rigidity.

- Shipping & Pickup: Due to the rigid nature of these products, we provide specialized protective packaging for Canada-wide shipping. Local pickup in Toronto is highly recommended for oversized boards.
