We utilize a specialized dry-mounting process with acid-free, high-tack adhesives. This ensures a perfectly flat, permanent bond between your print and the Sintra® substrate, eliminating any risk of bubbling or delamination even in varying humidity levels. - Structural Rigidity & Moisture Resistance
Unlike traditional foam-based boards, Sintra® is a closed-cell PVC composite. This makes it exceptionally resistant to warping, bending, and moisture. It is the ideal choice for long-term displays in high-traffic areas or environments where temperature fluctuations may occur. - CNC Precision Finishing
Every Sintra® board is finished with precision-calibrated cutting tools. This ensures incredibly clean, sharp edges and exact dimensions for a professional "block" effect.
