Refund policy

All sales at Blitz Print House & Letterpress — including art prints, ready-made goods, and commercial & custom printing — are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted except in cases of verified manufacturing defects, as set out below. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible under any circumstance.

1. REPRINT & REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Reprints or refunds will only be issued for verified manufacturing defects or errors introduced by Blitz Print House, such as:

  • Ink splatters or mechanical scratches on the print.
  • Incorrect paper stock used.
  • Noticeable damage occurring during the production process.

Defect claims must be reported in writing to info@blitzprinthouse.com within 10 business days of delivery, accompanied by high-resolution photos of the defect and your order number. The full order must then be returned to our studio for inspection.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to any approved return.
  • If a defect is verified, we will, at our discretion, reprint the order using the same approved file at no additional charge, or issue a refund less the restocking fee and original shipping costs.
  • Reprints will be produced from the original approved file; design or file changes are not permitted on reprints.
  • Claims received after the 10-business-day window will not be accepted.

2. EXCLUSIONS (NON-REPRINTABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE)

We do not offer reprints or refunds for:

  • Subjective Colour Shifts: Subtle colour variations between your monitor and the final print, unless a paid hard proof or colour matching service was approved prior to the full run.
  • Low-Resolution Files: Pixelation or blurriness resulting from low-quality files submitted by the client.
  • Client Errors: Typos, incorrect cropping, layout mistakes, or unintended borders present in the submitted file.
  • Manufacturing Variances: Industry-standard variances of ± 10% in quantity, ± 5% in size, and minor colour variation due to stock or ink batch differences.
  • Courier Issues: Delays, loss, or damage in transit. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the courier or made available for pickup; we will assist in filing carrier claims where applicable.

3. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled in writing prior to the start of production for a full refund, less a 5% administrative fee. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled and payments are non-refundable.

4. PAYMENT & CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

All credit card refunds are subject to a 3% return surcharge to cover processing fees.
