SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. SPECIALIZED PACKAGING All art prints are handled with professional care. To ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition, we use acid-free interleaving papers and ship in heavy-duty reinforced tubes or specialized flat-packs depending on the size and media of the print.

2. SHIPPING TERMS

  • Carrier & Tracking: We ship via major trusted couriers. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • No Signature Required: All orders are shipped as “No Signature Required” unless specifically requested by the client during the ordering process.

  • Fulfillment of Responsibility: Our responsibility for the order is considered fulfilled once the package is picked up by the courier. Blitz Print House is not responsible for courier delays, accidents, missed deliveries, or theft after the package has been marked as delivered.

3. FREE SHIPPING & ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

  • Eligibility: Complimentary standard shipping applies only to single online orders with a subtotal of $100.00 CAD or more (before taxes). This option must be selected at checkout.

  • Reprint Shipping: While we may provide a reprint for verified manufacturing defects at our cost, the client is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the reprinted order.

  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the client or failure to receive the package, the client is responsible for both the return shipping fee and the cost to re-ship the item.

  • Exemptions: Certain oversized or exceptionally heavy items are exempt from the free shipping offer.

4. SHIPPING TARIFFS & SALES TAX

  • Within Canada: Orders are subject to Federal (GST) and Provincial sales taxes (PST/HST) based on the shipping destination.

  • International: Orders delivered outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the recipient’s country. The client is responsible for all such additional charges.
