REFUND & REPRINT POLICY
Due to the custom nature of fine art printing, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
1. REPRINT ELIGIBILITY Reprints will only be issued for manufacturing defects or errors introduced by Blitz Print House, such as:

Ink splatters or mechanical scratches on the print.

Incorrect paper stock used.

Noticeable damage occurring during the production process.
Any issues must be reported within 10 business days of delivery. Please email high-resolution photos of the defect and your order number to info@blitzprinthouse.com.
2. EXCLUSIONS (NON-REPRINTABLE ISSUES) We do not offer reprints or refunds for:

Subjective Color Shifts: Subtle color variations between your monitor and the final print, unless a paid Test Strip was approved prior to the full run.

Low-Resolution Files: Pixelation or blurriness resulting from low-quality files submitted by the client.

Client Errors: Typos, incorrect cropping, or unintended borders present in the submitted file.
3. CANCELLATIONS Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production. Approved refunds are subject to a 3% transaction fee. If a project remains inactive for over 60 days due to client delay, a 20% administrative fee will apply. After 120 days, only store credit is available.
4. SHIPPING DAMAGE If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage (photos of the packaging and product) and notify us within 48 hours. We will coordinate a replacement at no additional cost.
