*Please note, it is your responsibility (The Client) to ensure that you have fully read and understood the terms and conditions outlined below.
At Blitz, we will never disclose your personal information to a third party. Any and all personal information collected by Blitz is solely used for our own administration and business processing purposes.
By purchasing/registering on our online store (www.blitzprinthouse.com) you will automatically be enrolled into our monthly news letter which provides information on promotions and new products. Should you not wish to receive a newsletter, you can simply select the unsubscribe button found at the bottom of each and every news letter at anytime.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
All files uploaded to online placed orders are final. No changes can be made once this has been submitted. We strongly recommend that the client submit only print-ready PDF files in vector format with all text outlined to preserve editing.
As such, Blitz Print House is not responsible for any errors in the Product, including but not limited to: misspelling, bleeds, grammar, damaged fonts, low quality images and graphics, punctuation, crop marks, transparency (ie. .png files), overprint, incorrect colors, insufficient safe margins, etc.
While all reasonable efforts will be made to ensure colour accuracy, Blitz Print House does not guarantee that an exact colour match will occur between the Client’s artwork, imaging, files, or previously printed materials due to inherent variations in the printing process. The only print process that guarantees an exact colour accuracy is Panton print. This is a custom service obtained by offline inquiry only.
Be advised that colour seen on The Clients’ monitor does not truly reflect the actual colour being printed. Should The Client have any serious concerns around colour, Blitz Print House strongly recommend going through the proof printing process which is only available on offline orders at an additional cost.
When exporting your design files, please ensure that you are working with the CMYK colour profile and not RGB. CMYK is the industry standard for print output and RGB is for digital display.
During the cutting process, customers must be aware that slight shifting can occur. The industry standard is 16th of an inch shift tolerance that can occur from top, bottom, left to right. When designing your print ready files, The Clients’ must adhere to these guidelines. Blitz Print House will not be liable for any possible errors that can occur as a result of improper file setup.
The Estimated Turnaround times displayed (“Online (Website) and Offline”) are representative of the print processing time only and is only a rough guideline. Time frames stated commences upon confirmation of order and payment receipt. Should you (the “Client”) submit your files later or have any issues with with the files, please be aware that the guided processing time will only go into effect once we have received the adequate working file. If you need a guaranteed turnaround, please order/ask for the Rush Printing service (not applicable to some products) so we can make arrangements to guarantee your product for a certain date.
Please note that shipping time will be additional to the processing time and differs based on delivery location. Refer to Shipping and Collections for further information. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping and can only provide turnaround times based on our shipping service’s estimates.
Blitz Print House will do it’s best to ensure that reorders are a close match to the previous orders as much as possible. However, we are unable to guarantee that colours, paper, and print finishing’s will be identical due to the evolving nature of the business.
Any complaints regarding defects must be brought to the attention of Blitz Print house within 10 working Business days upon receipt of your order. Images along with a detailed explanation of the defect must be clearly outlined on an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, which one of our quality assurance team will carefully investigate and come back to The Client to address the matter.
Reprints will only be issued if the result of the error is due to the cause of the printing process. Blitz Print House will not be responsible for any incorrect file submissions, file setup or pdf proofs confirmed by the client where editing services have been acquired through Blitz Print House.
SHIPPING AND COLLECTION
All orders are shipped via Tracked Ground Shipping unless otherwise purchased. All packages by default are sent out as “No Signature Required” unless advised prior to placing your order. Option for these can be edited online during the checkout stage or in written format for offline orders.
Tracking numbers will be provided for orders. It is the client’s responsibility to keep track of their package and ensure a representative is present to receive the package (When “Signature is Required). If a package is returned, The Customer will need to pay for the product to be reshipped or arrange for collection from our facility.
Clients must ensure that shipping address details are correct. Note that PO Box address are not a valid for delivery. Blitz Print House will not be liable for any incorrect shipping addresses provided.
SHIPPING TARIFFS / SALES TAX
All orders with a specified delivery address within Canada are subject to the Federal Goods and Service Tax, and may additionally be subject to a Provincial Sales Tax or a Harmonized Sales Tax based on location. It is the responsibility of the client to cover all additional taxes applied to each shipment.
Any order being delivered outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the recipient’s country. The Client is responsible for all such Import Fees and any additional charges for all taxes and customs clearance.
Customs policies and Import Fees vary based on country and cannot be determined or controlled by Blitz Print House
Blitz Print House offer a pickup service at our production facility. All orders placed for “Pick Up” must be collected within a timely manner. Any orders that have surpassed a month (post 1 Month) without collection after receipt of the automated notification, Blitz Print House will not be responsible in the case your product is accidently misplaced or lost due to growing product inventory.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed Online and on Offline orders are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Do note that this could be subject to change without any notice to the client. Any orders that are delivered outside of Ontario will be subject to tax according to the Province, City, OR Country it’s heading to. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be outlined on your order invoice.
COUPONS/CREDIT / PROMOTIONS
Coupon Codes must be submitted by the Client at the time of order placement, and cannot be applied towards an order after the payment has been received.
Coupon Codes, are only redeemable via our Online Store. Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other sale or promotional products. The same rules apply to Offline Credit notes. Coupon Codes/Credit notes cannot be exchanged for cash or electronic currency transfer value.
Promotions run by Blitz Print House can be subject to change and will have an end period. All applicable details are always clearly detailed on the the respective promotion.
Full payment is required prior to processing any orders. This applies to Online and Offline orders. If payment has not been made, please be aware that no processing will take place.
Unless you have specifically provided your credit card information and requested for it to be kept on file, we will never retain your information after its immediate use. Similarly, our website does not retain any payment information provided by you.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY
ORDER CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Any immediate cancelled orders (includes accidentally placed orders) will be subject to a 3% transaction fee deduction on the refund amount. Alternatively, the client can also opt for credit in form of a coupon code or credit note to be redeemed on future orders at the full value. This is only applicable if your order has not yet been processed.
Due to the custom nature of the products sold by Blitz Print House, an order cannot be cancelled, or any design update once it has been approved by the client and has been sent into production.
If a design service has been purchased in conjunction with the print order and the work has already been created, this will not be refundable should The Client decide not to print with Blitz Print House.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide clear and accurate information during the quoting process. Any miscommunication that occurs from the client to Blitz Print House and changes are made to an order, it will be viewed as a secondary order where applicable and will not qualify as a reprint.
In the event that a project is inactive for more than 60 days with no response from the Client, Blitz Print House reserves the right to deduct a 20% cancellation fee from the order price if the project is cancelled and a refund is issued to the client. If a print project is inactive for 120 days, no refund will be issued and a credit will be applied that can be used for future print orders.
