If you are worried about the payment security, we recommend you make payment through PayPal, one of the most well respected and extremely reliable payment solutions on the web.
Do you have a Customer Loyalty Program I can sign up for?
Yes, we do! Ordering large quantities and being a loyal customer may make you eligible for a Business Account with Blitz. Make sure to contact us regarding your interest in being partners with Blitz Print House, and we can speak with you regarding how having an account with us can benefit you!
Can I expect to receive the same colour quality in my order as I see it on my computer screen?
No, colours will always appear brighter and more vivid on a backlit computer screen. Our computers are calibrated to provide the best colour quality, but we do not take responsibility for colour accuracy. Please take the time to compensate for dark colours or check our digital Proof Printing page.
For 100% guaranteed colour accuracy please visit our <Pantone Matching System> (PMS) page for offset printing.
How will the quality of my order be affected if I get them as a Rush?
Your order will have the same quality; however, we won’t have the same amount of time for our standard procedure or be able to authorize you on how to better prepare your files.
Make sure to double-check everything prior to sending the file for Rush orders, and we will be sure to provide you with the best.
I’m having trouble uploading my files!
If you are experiencing difficulties with our Uploader, because of file size or format, you have the option to “Send Files After” in the file submission options or email us with your files and order number at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I’m not sure how to prep my files before printing, what should I do?
The Template preview is showing an image slightly different than the one I created.
Our template previewer has difficulty displaying some file formats. In these cases, you can choose to send us your file through “Send File After” in the file submission options. You can also contact us at email@example.com for confirmation on your files.
I ordered my cards with you 2 years ago, will you have access to my files from then to print now?
Yes, we keep our clients’ files unless otherwise stated. If you require some changes in your older file, we also offer Design Updates (email changes, website changes, phone number changes, etc.) contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an Information Update.
What orders can I round the edges for, and how big in diameter are the cuts?
All our products that are printed on cardstock can be rounded, except our 32pt. Black Edge Uncoated.
Our rounded edges are 1/8” in diameter.
